Yes, and it costs $20 a month for a family plan. I am not sure how much per month on the individual plan. We have it and we love it! Best coverage area. You can pretty much go anywhere and get coverage! EDIT: I am giving you the cost for unlimited texting with a phone plan. The cost of the phone plan will vary depending on how many minutes you decide to buy in advance. We get 700 minutes with unlimited Texting and it costs $ 125.00 a month for 3 lines.
