Most likely yes including binary groups. If it’s a major group they will have it. There are a few exceptions though. “Dump” groups, such as a.b.x, a.b.nl, a.b.boneless, and a.b.misc, are not carried. The resources, both in disk storage and bandwidth, required to keep them was enormous. By eliminating the unorganized dumping groups (often cross posted/reposted elsewhere anyways), they free up a lot of resources for other more used groups to utilize.
