Does Vegan Divine ship chocolates in the summer?
During the summer months it becomes necessary to ship with chill packs (an additional charge to customer) to ensure the vegan chocolates arrive in perfect condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the chill pack option for deliveries to temperatures above 60 degrees. Baskets containing vegan chocolates being shipped to temperatures above 60 degrees should also be shipped via second day express and cannot be shipped over the weekend, to qualify under Our Guarantee. Option to ship via second day express is given prior to check out and must be selected by the customer or else baskets containing vegan chocolates may be subject to the Substitution Policy.
