Does VCSS address all the safety concerns that students and staff might have?
Although it would be impossible to address all safety concerns of students and staff, the Center ‘s mission is to funnel information, training, and resources to school personnel and law enforcement officers working in schools, as well as parents and students. Through networking with other state agencies, professional associations, and federal agencies, the Center hopes to assess what is needed by staff and students and begin to compile information and training to address those concerns.
