Yes, several current clients have on-site dedicated casual drivers who are provided benefits and work regularly for those clients on a fill-in and extra need basis. Other clients that require casual drivers for fill-in or extra work will be provided with a driver based on availability of manpower. It is difficult for Vanguard to guarantee a casual driver but it is possible to guarantee that we will give our best effort to do so. Where available, CrossStone may be the answer for on-demand or seasonal drivers.
