Does Vanderbilt Biomedical Engineering offer an intern or co-op program?
The Biomedical Engineering program has a new summer intern program in which students enter hospitals, research laboratories or biomedical companies for summer experience. The department maintains a list of summer opportunities and tries to place students who elect to participate in the program. Some of this experience can be used for credit. Students who have identified a mentor and research project on campus may also choose to participate in a research course during the academic year.
