Does using his Persona power count as Nakanos Special card for the turn?

* A30.2 Sort of. Nakano can use his Persona power instead of playing a Special card during his turn. So once he duplicates the effects of an Event played by his opponent, he can no longer play a Special card that turn. Also, if he plays a Special card during his turn, he cannot then duplicate the effects of an Event played by his opponent.
