Does USIMprofiler handle ADMIN security codes too?

Yes. For each card to be scanned, USIMprofiler will ask you to enter the corresponding PIN / administrative codes for that card. If not all the codes are available it does not matter. USIMprofiler will still check the directory structure, file types, sizes and access conditions etc.
