Yes, User is required to have 2 additional services from local service provider. 1. SMS 2. Data plan from your local service provider. SMS (messaging service) is required to install the Express Dial application. The Data plan service is required to download the application directly to your Smartphone. In case user do not have the above services, then please contact the service provider to avail the same.
