Does usage of new “Box code” technology for document protection violate Constitutional rights of the United States citizens?
No, it does not; on the contrary it only protects the information that already exists in a document without adding or changing anything within it, it only more securely protects the document’s information. The “Box code” method is sufficient by using only the information that already exists on a document, name of the document’s owner, a date and/or ID number. For a SS card – SS number, for a driver’s license – driver’s license ID number and so on. Citizen’s confidential information is not required for the Box Code method.
