All products offered by Urban Junket are protected by a 60 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full product refund or product exchange if the item is in unused condition. We have found that everyone treats a bag differently and that most product defects are found within the first 60 days of use. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately.
