Does University of Miami compare to BC, Wake, Wisconsin?
Business Week lists Boston College highest at #14, Wake Forest at #17, Wisconsin at #28, and University of Miami at #47. That tells you that all of these schools are highly rated and very very good. Boston College: Now, the best school is most obviously BC, their B School is absolutly top notch. The best thing about BC is it’s location. Boston is central to hundreds, perhaps thousands, of companies that are part of the world financial leaders. The only other place to find more companies involved in finances and monetary trade is Wall Street. Being that Boston is in such a central location the amount of recruiting and internship oportunies will be astronomical, although competition will be fierce. In addition the alumni network in Boston is extensive and this is always helpful. The downside of BC is the cost. If you are not awarded a scholarship to BC you may not be able to handle the costs.
