Does UIC accept Advanced Placement (AP) credit and other transfer credit?
UIC accepts almost all AP credit that is applicable to a UIC course; a complete list can be found in the catalog. We also accept credits from most community colleges, but the student should always contact UIC before they register for a class to ensure that it will transfer. The admissions office has transfer guides for most community colleges in the area, as well as some four-year universities.
