Does UCSB have a rush service available for notarization?
No-there is currently no rush service available at this time for diploma requests. You may attach a pre-paid mailer if you wish. Otherwise diplomas are mailed USPS standard. A special Handling Fee of $10.00 will be charged for requests that require additional processing for services such as notarization, manual completion of forms, a wet signature, and additional seals and/or stamps. Please contact the Office of the Registrar before you place your order if you will be requesting any additional processing or services. Additionally, a fee of $10.00 will be charged per Notary request. This is separate from the Special Handling Fee.
