Yes, but not yet in its fullest capacity. Currently UCA has a Central Administration office in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic that is planning and developing UCA facilities and programmes. UCA also has an operating School of Professional and Continuing Education with programmes in Tekeli, Kazakhstan; Naryn, Kyrgyz Republic; and Khorog, Tajikistan, that offers vocational training and professional development courses in a range of areas including applied languages, accounting, computers and information technology, and tourism planning and development.
