Does Troutman Sanders hire 1Ls for its summer associate program?
Yes, the firm hires 1Ls. We accept 1L resumes between December 1 and January 15 each year. Please see our 1L Interview Schedule for information about on-campus interviews for first years. Because we have very limited space for 1Ls, we often have to turn away students we would like to have in our program as 2Ls. Please don’t be discouraged if you are not accepted as a 1L. Just reapply!
