A. You bet! TrilogyEC was specifically designed to work in NAT (Network Address Translation) environments. For users not located on the same logical network, the TrilogyEC only requires that one of the participants have a non-NAT, or PUBLIC, IP address. To connect in this scenario, the person (or persons) with the PRIVATE IP address should call the person with the PUBLIC IP address.
