Yes. TrialDirector Version 5.2 includes an MPEG-2 codec that is loaded onto the end-user’s computer during the installation process. This guarantees an excellent video viewing experience for MPEG-2 files. Version 5.2 also includes a new DVD Extractor utility that will convert DVD-VOB files to MPEG-2. TrialDirector v5.2 also supports MPEG-1, MPEG-4, and QuickTime video file types. Previous versions of TrialDirector (e.g. version 5.1) will work with MPEG-2 or VOB video files provided the user has a proper MPEG-2 codec installed on their computer.
