No. While Travelhost will attempt to assist in the event that an Associate Publisher encounters a legal or other impediment to obtaining product distribution with a particular lodging establishment or needs help in overcoming an objection of a particular retailer, it is the sole responsibility of each Associate Publisher to secure advertisers and product distribution locations.
