Does TR hire people who have something negative on their criminal record?
A criminal background check is part of TR’s routine screening and is included along with the other screening processes in the TR hiring decision. TR does not employ individuals who have a felony conviction that is less than 7 years old from the application date. Once an individual does become a TR employee, TR then makes assignment placements according to our clients/customers work location and/or position requirements including criminal background requirements. In summary, an individual could be sent to some work locations and not to others based on their criminal conviction background.
