It depends to what extent distribution data is available on an asset. Tara factors that data into statistical calculations such as expected return and volatility for that asset. In those cases where distribution data are not available, or is late in being released by a company, we calculate expected return using daily closing prices only. Tara does its best to present unbiased data and analysis. Because distributions are taxable at different rates depending on the individual, statistics such as expected return and volatility for each asset would actually be different for each individual Investor.
