Does TOPSpro allow duplicate student identification numbers at the same site? If so, will the Duplicated Student report list these duplicate students?
• I am having difficulty in understanding the Duplicate Student report. I assumed the Duplicate Student report would print out students that are duplicated at the same site with the same ID, especially if they have the same class number. My report actually prints students with the same ID, but are listed at different sites. Also, I found that the student may be listed three times for the same class in the Student Lister. In some instances, the student did appear in the actual student lister but not on the Entry Lister. • I have a student who is also enrolled as a student at another site. Do I have to give the student the Pre-Tests when he/she has just recently taken them at the other site? Do I have to fill out another Entry form?
