Yes. TLC can offer limited assistance to families through the TLC Scholarship for families that demonstrate financial need. For additional information please speak to our Executive Director, Ken McCabe, at (203) 452-9626. Your inquiry and information with be treated in confidence. There is also some assistance available through the State of Connecticut Care 4 Kids.
