If you purchase a DIRECTV DVR with TiVo service, you can arrange for professional installation by calling DIRECTV Home Services at 1-888-417-7463. If you purchase a TiVo Series2 DVR from Best Buy, ask a sales assistant about their professional install package. If you purchase your TiVo box or DIRECTV DVR with TiVo service through another retailer, please check with your local vendor to find out about installation services they offer.
