Certain federal, state, provincial, municipal, local or other governmental sales, use, excise, value added, personal property, public utility or other taxes, fees or charges now in force or enacted in the future, may apply, or become applicable in connection with the use of your Times Telecom service. You will be responsible for any Taxes. Applicable Taxes will be charged directly to your credit card. Taxes levied on your invoice statement depend on your residential address. If Customer is exempt from payment of such taxes, it will provide Times Telecom with an original government-issued certificate attesting to tax-exempt status. Tax exemption will only apply from and after the date Times Telecom receives the Tax Exempt Document.
