Does this service require any telephone lines or computer hardware [i.e., voice modem]?
No, you do not require anything. We give you the equivalent of a dedicated answering machine in our data center, with your own dedicated voice number. When people send messages to your number, it automatically gets converted to a digital WAV file, which is sent to you via email and is also available via the web interface.
