Does this service require any telephone lines or computer hardware [i.e., fax modem]?
No, you do not require anything. You receive the equivalent of a dedicated fax machine in our data center, with your own dedicated fax number. When people send faxes to your number, it automatically gets converted to a digital PDF document, which is sent to you via email and is also available via your online web interface.
