Does this job description sound short term?
Doesn’t sound short term at all to me. I don’t know what kind of company it is, but there are many positions in my company (health care) that would fit this description and the folks in those positions have been there for years. It sounds to me like a job where you’d need to be independent and consisent. Sounds like they’d expect to show you the job and then you show up everyday and just do it without having to have a lot of hand-holding and/or supervision.
