Does this inventory include non-greenhouse gas air pollutants, such as criteria air pollutants (CAP)?
This inventory tracks only emissions that contribute to climate change – those known as greenhouse gas emissions. However, many of the activities that produce greenhouse gas emissions, such as vehicles and electricity generation, also produce criteria air pollutants. Those were not considered as part of this report. However, when investigating measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, it is also a good idea to check how these actions may affect (both positively and negatively) other types of air pollutants.
