Does this camera have the capability of taking black and white pictures with a specific color highlighted?

My friend had an old canon that was at least 2 years old and it has this specific capability. I was told by a wal-mart associate that all of the newer models of the canon cameras are similarly equipped, but I can’t seem to find it on the camera.
