Does the ZYBEC software contain images associated with the claim and patient?
Yes. All demographic information is scanned in by the clinic. Each patient’s driver license, insurance card and patient registration is readily available. EOBs are scanned in at the claim level for quick access. All appeal documentation is scanned before it’s mailed to the carrier. In short, all pertinent information is available with a couple of ‘clicks’. No more searching through charts and files is necessary.
