Does the ZYBEC application contain flags to alert the staff a patient has a dated balance?
Yes. The application contains “Hold” codes that are tailored for each practice. Sample Hold codes include “Past Due Balance”, “Insurance Terminated”, “Precertification Required” and “Update Patient Information”. Hold Codes pop up when a patient appointment is scheduled to remind the staff to take action. Hold Codes also pop up first if the patient is accessed at any other time.
