Does the ZPDP recognise the ZANU PF government and Mugabe as elected through the last presidential elections?

The ZPDP is aware that the MDC has taken a non-recognition stance. The ZPDP recognises the current ZANU PF government of President Mugabe as the elected government. Of course the ZPDP is fully aware of the fundamental flaws to the Zimbabwean electoral system that gives the ruling ZANU PF an edge over other political competitors.
