Does The Woodlands provide onsite staff working each event?
A. No, the onsite staff is typically provided by the catering service from the caterer of your choice. We do have precheck-in and postcheck-out staff that complete the set up and/or clean up if you have chosen these options, and during the hours of your rental, there will be a manager onsite to provide assistance with questions throughout the event.
