Does the WonderDesk allow me to hire remote technicians?
Yes! Since the WonderDesk is 100% web based, you can hire remote help, and they can log into the WonderDesk from just about anywhere. Many companies already use this ability and pay their remote tech a certain dollar amount for each call completed. There is also a feature that can be turned on, which makes it so technicians can only see the calls that they are currently working on, or the new unassigned ones.
