Does the Winplate increase suppleness?
For general suppleness, doing one single stretching exercise for each group of muscles on the Winplate is sufficient to maintain muscle length. You will achieve a very good result by remaining in each position for between 30 and 90 seconds. For this choose a moderate training frequency. When you start a series of stretching and suppleness exercises, safety must always take priority. Listen to your body: if a position causes pain in a joint or puts strain on a group of muscles other than the ones intended, change the exercise and ask for advice.
