We are able to offer spay and neuter services to people on fixed incomes or who live on social assistance. The WHS is restricted in its ability to operate a public clinic due to a lack of necessary resources. The clinic is only able to respond to a pet’s medical emergency if the owners surrender the animal to the shelter.
