Does the water that sits in the storage tank ever go bad or spoil?
The water can easily stay in the sealed pressure tank without “spoiling.” However, water should never sit for long periods of time without being turned over. Simply change the filters when prescribed and perform the annual tank maintenance as described in the owner’s manual and the water quality should be fine.
