Not directly. The VTR recorder and associated software not only allows for transfer of highly compressed recordings to and from a PC, after which various operations can be performed, such as playing, transcribing, archiving, rearranging, naming and reconfiguring. In addition, recordings can be automatically transcribed using Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred 3.01 or Dragon NaturallyMobile software. Refer to the VTR manual, Voice It Link help system and Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred manual and help system for particulars.
