No, the Terms and Conditions of the Bond are not affected by the delisting from the NYSE. The Bond continues to be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Bond as laid down in the prospectus supplement, dated June 3, 2008 and described there on pages S-27 to S-47. The prospectus supplement is available on this website.
