Scuffing: Vinyl does scuff. To prevent scuffing you can use a finish for vinyl floors. Sneakers and rubber will cause scuff marks. Scuff Removal: Use Vinyl cleaner and 000 steel wool or 0000 steel wool and rub very gently. Mineral spirits, turpentine, and paint thinner will work as well. Use sparingly.
