Yes, dog tags also renew annually in the month of May. Please note: Kane County also requires all Kane County Residents to purchase a County Rabies Tag. You may purchase the Kane County Rabies Tag from your veterinarian. Village Code-Section 9.2.6.1 states: Except in the A-1, Agricultural Zoning District, no person shall permit more than three dogs to be kept in or about any single-family residence or more than two dogs in any single-family unit of any multiple-family housing building within the Village.
