No. Any organization can subscribe to the uSPEQ Employee Climate Survey. Providers seeking CARF accreditation are free to use any tool that meets the requirements of the standards. However, the uSPEQ employee climate data and reports, if applied within a provider’s management information system, can help a provider meet CARF standards for feedback from employees.
