No. Any organization can subscribe to the uSPEQ Consumer Experience Survey. Providers seeking CARF accreditation are free to use any tool that meets the requirements of the standards. However, uSPEQ consumer survey data and reports, if applied within a provider’s management information system, can help a provider meet CARF standards for feedback from consumers for measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and service access.
