A8. We also discovered that certain workers experience a speeding up of the exfoliating process. The hard and callused skin tends to shed more quickly to allow healthy new skin to come to the surface. Peeling that is not painful is more often than not a sure sign that improvement is on the way. Workers sometimes report that their skin started peeling soon after they started applying our product. After careful investigation we discovered that the skin peeling that they reported is actually the “second skin” that we created that is peeling and not their own skin that is now falling apart. There is usually no discomfort experienced by the worker that reports this tendency. We discovered that this is almost always a sure sign that the harsh chemicals that they are exposed to are “cooking” our protection. The worker previously did not notice this because the upper layer of their skin is already so thick and callused.
