Does the Urban Forestry Administration provide free mulch for individual residents?
The UFA currently does not provide this service, although it intends to establish an area where residents may come to pick up mulch with their own vehicles. At times the UFA will provide mulch for community street tree planting projects and the like, if adequate notice is given, and if staffing is available.
