The Untapped Source wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may email us at orders@theuntappedsource.com or call (805) 474-6042 and arrange to send your order back for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not included in the refund price and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All return arrangements must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products damaged due to shipping issues will be replaced at the expense of The Untapped Source.
