Does the United States have a certain preference for any Latin American country?
Naturally: Mexico and Central America and it is also concerned about Brazil. Unfortunately I think Argentina is not a priviledged country. What are the benefits of this priviledge for Mexico, Central America and Brazil? There are important Mexican and Central American pressure groups in the United States from the immigrants, who have an ever greater voice in the political life. We should bear in mind that two Hispanic governors -not from small states- were elected in the early November elections. So there is a clear rise in the number of Hispanic voters and this is being considered by politicians.
