Does the unit interfere with or reprogramme my ECU?
No the DPT connects between the original ECU and the injection system of your car. The DPT intercepts the data coming from the original unit, re-calculates and optimises the data before sending the modified parameters to the pump. This is why so many opt for DPT instead of a ReMap or a Piggy-Back chip neither of which can be transferred over to another vehicle or sold on by the user.
