Does the uneven heating and cooling of the Earths Surface causes Global Warming?

0

The critical word here is ’cause’. Global warming is about the whole planet getting warmer on average. Not about the unevenness of temperature distributions. The effects of global warming are uneven and will effect the environment unevenly, but that unevenness does not of itself cause warming, although it could make it worse through initiating secondary feedback loops, eg, melting of permafrost could trigger large scale release of more green house gases. So GW is not caused by uneven heating and cooling of the earth. The best theory as to cause for global warming is the increase in Green house gasses in the atmosphere. The observations match the theory very closely and have done for a long time. There is currently no better explanation.
